Washington, DC — Today, Planned Parenthood Action Fund and Planned Parenthood Federation of America launched an innovative new tool to keep track of the growing number of ways the Trump-Pence administration has been stripping away people’s reproductive health and rights. The tool, which lives at TrackingTrump, is available to the public and includes an interactive website, a Chrome extension, and easy ways to share information and take action. With the chaos of the Trump-Pence administration in the news 24/7, staying informed and in the know takes time and resources.Tracking Trump makes it easy by giving you the facts you need in one unified place.

You can’t protect your rights if you don’t know they’re being threatened. Knowledge is power — and Tracking Trump empowers people by helping them understand the policies that are stripping away their basic rights. Since taking office, the Trump-Pence administration has pushed policy after policy that strips away our basic health and rights — and they’re hoping you won’t notice until it’s too late. Trump, Pence, and their band of bad actors are working tirelessly to keep these unpopular policies under the radar and out of the news — but we’re not going to let them.

Do you remember what lifesaving information the Department of Health and Human Services removed from its government website? Do you know which high-level Trump official believes birth control will ‘ruin your uterus for baby-hosting’? The Tracking Trump website allows you to take in the full significance of the Trump-Pence administration’s attacks on women’s health and rights through the timeline, the players, and the impact. The innovative new website was designed in collaboration with Work & Co., with which Planned Parenthood has collaborated before to create digital products and services that help people get the information and care they need. TrackingTrump includes a Chrome extension that alerts visitors as the Trump-Pence administration launches another attack on their health and rights. The website will be updated in real-time as news happens, creating a user-friendly resource that quickly and effectively provides people with the information they need and want.

Since taking office, the Trump-Pence administration has pushed a number of policies that have undercut basic health and rights in this country. The Trump-Pence administration has:

• Proposed a dangerous domestic gag rule that would make it illegal for health care providers in the Title X program to tell patients where and how to access safe, legal abortion
• Introduced a rule to allow employers to deny birth control coverage to their employees
• Tried to eliminate the evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention program
• Rolled back protections for survivors of sexual assault on campus
• Sought to shift federal family planning funds away from comprehensive reproductive health care providers towards those that push abstinence only until marriage
• Worked to block patients from receiving lifesaving, preventive care at Planned Parenthood health centers
