“Planned Parenthood Action Fund is proud to endorse Alma Adams for Congress,” said Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund. “Alma Adams has fought for women’s health in the State House, and she would be a powerful champion for women as a member of Congress. Alma Adams has stood strong against attempts to cut women off from access to health care, and she has protected life-saving health care many men and women depend on.”

"We stand with Planned Parenthood Action Fund’s endorsement of Alma Adams for Congress,” said Paige Johnson, Vice President of External Affairs for Planned Parenthood Action Fund of Central North Carolina. “There is no greater champion of women's health than Alma Adams. She has led the charge in protecting, defending and expanding women's access to health care for years in the state legislature. There's no doubt she will bring the same formidable passion and proven leadership to the U.S. Congress."
