Planned Parenthood Action Fund Endorses Alma Adams

New York, NY -- Planned Parenthood Action Fund announced its endorsement today of Alma Adams for U.S. House of Representatives from North Carolina’s 12thcongressional district. Adams currently serves as a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. Planned Parenthood Action Fund is the advocacy and political arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

“Planned Parenthood Action Fund is proud to endorse Alma Adams for Congress,” said Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund. “Alma Adams has fought for women’s health in the State House, and she would be a powerful champion for women as a member of Congress. Alma Adams has stood strong against attempts to cut women off from access to health care, and she has protected life-saving health care many men and women depend on.”
