The Planned Parenthood Action Fund announces its endorsement of Dina Titus (NV-1), John Oceguera (NV-3), and Steven Horsford (NV-4). The Planned Parenthood Action Fund is the advocacy and political arm of Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

“We are proud to endorse Dina Titus, John Oceguera, and Steven Horsford in their races for Congress today,” said Cecile Richards, president of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund. “In light of the current attacks on women’s health, now is a critical time to send champions of women’s health to the U.S. House of Representatives. We know that Dina, John, and Steven are exceptional candidates who will fight to protect and promote the rights of Nevada’s women and families.”

“Nevada women deserve a strong supporter of women and families. With all of the attacks on women’s health, we need to return a steadfast champion of women’s health to Congress. Dina Titus has proven that she will stand up for the women of our state,” said Elisa Cafferata, president/CEO of Nevada Advocates for Planned Parenthood Affiliates. “We are very proud that the Action Fund has endorsed Dina Titus to represent Nevada’s 1st Congressional District.”

“John Oceguera is an outstanding champion for women’s health. We are excited that the Action Fund has endorsed him for Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District,” said Cafferata. “Congressman Joe Heck’s voting record proves that that when it comes to women’s health care needs, he’s completely out of touch.”

“Steven Horsford is a strong supporter of women’s reproductive rights,” said Cafferata. “He will be a real asset in the U.S. House of Representatives from Nevada’s 4th District. We’re very proud the Action Fund has endorsed him.”
