The Planned Parenthood Action Fund today released a web video called Really Out of Touch: Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan, which highlights Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan’s dangerous agenda for women’s health.

Watch the Really Out of Touch: Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan video HERE.

Both Romney and Ryan have pursued policies that would take away critical preventive health care from women — and take personal medical decisions out of a woman’s hands.  Notably, they both want to end funding for Planned Parenthood, which would cut women off from the cancer screenings, birth control, STD testing and treatment, and other preventive care that nearly three million Americans rely on each year.

In addition, they want to overturn Roe v. Wade and ban safe and legal abortion, a decision that should be left up to a woman, her family, and her faith, with the counsel of her doctor or health care provider.

Ryan also wants to dismantle Medicare and Medicaid, jeopardizing the basic health care that millions of women and families rely on.

Simply put, the Romney/Ryan agenda is harmful and wrong for women.

This web video is part of Planned Parenthood Action Fund's ongoing effort to educate the public about how out of touch the Romney/Ryan ticket is on women's health and mobilize people to stand up against their policies.
