Latest Spot Part Of Five Figure Digital Campaign Against Trump & Cruz That Planned Parenthood Votes & Priorities USA Started Last Week
“We Won’t Go Back” Running On Facebook & Instagram, Targeting Women In Florida & Ohio
Priorities USA, in partnership with Planned Parenthood Votes is debuting a new digital ad today hitting Ted Cruz and Donald Trump for their anti-women positions on choice. The new spot is part of a five figure digital ad campaign that launched last week after Donald Trump’s remarks on MSNBC that women who have an abortion should face “some form of punishment.”
The ad, titled “We Won't Go Back” will run on Facebook and Instagram and target women inFlorida, and Ohio.

“One of the scariest parts of Donald Trump’s insulting, demeaning, and dangerous attack on women is that Ted Cruz might actually be even worse for women,” said Anne Caprara, Priorities USA Executive Director. “Ted Cruz wants to prosecute Planned Parenthood and doesn’t believe that Roe V. Wade is settled law. A Cruz presidency would nominate justices who would overturn Roe V. Wade and return us to a time when women were forced to put their lives in danger. Priorities USA is proud to stand with Planned Parenthood Votes to ensure we won’t go back to such a dangerous time for women.”
“Ted Cruz isn’t just extreme, he’s dangerous,” said Deirdre Schifeling, Executive Director of Planned Parenthood Votes. “Both Ted Cruz and Donald Trump would take us back to a time when women and medical providers were put in jail over basic health care. Women deserve to access health care free from fear of violence, harassment or intimidation. And medical professionals should not fear for their lives in order to provide necessary care. We must prevent these men from bringing their dangerous agenda to the White House.”
Last week Priorities USA & Planned Parenthood Votes launched “Punishment,” following Trump’s remarks that women deserved “some form of punishment” for having an abortion.
