By providing your story, creative work, photographs, recording and/or videos (hereafter called “work”), you grant Planned Parenthood Action Fund and all other Planned Parenthood Organizations (“Planned Parenthood”) the unrestricted and irrevocable right to use and publish the submitted work — in which your likeness may appear, along with any biographical details you provide such as your name, age or state — in whole or in part for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion and trade purposes, and to license others to do the same.
You certify that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are the sole creator of the work, and that the work contains your own image or recording only, or that you have obtained consent from the subjects in the image or recording to grant this permission to Planned Parenthood.
You also release and discharge Planned Parenthood from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the work, including without limitation any and all claims for copyright infringement, libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This permission and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Planned Parenthood.
You grant this permission and release without any expectation of monetary or other compensation now or in the future, and only for the intangible consideration of being able to support a mission you believe in.
