Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada will always stand up to protect access to safe and legal abortion.

  • SJR 7: Constitutional amendment which will protect not just the right to abortion, but a person’s privacy and right to obtain birth control, prenatal care, childbirth, postnatal care, vasectomy, tubal ligation, miscarriage management, and infertility care.
  • SB 131: Codify an executive order to permanently protect abortion providers and out-of-state patients.
  • AB 45: Student loan forgiveness for reproductive health care providers in underserved communities.
  • SB 172: Guarantee that all people are affirmed in their legal right to seek access to reproductive care, including birth control and STI testing and treatment.
  • SB 163: Insurance coverage of gender-affirming care.
  • SB 232: Requires Medicaid coverage for postpartum care services.
