Right now, more than 40 for-profit companies (almost all owned exclusively by men) are suing the federal government because they don’t want to allow their employees to have the no-copay birth control insurance coverage required by the Affordable Care Act.
Whether they are the CEO of a craft store chain or the co-founder of a produce and packing company, these bosses think their personal beliefs should dictate their employee’s health care decisions — including whether women get access to affordable birth control.
