Nicole Berner is an outstanding lawyer with a deep commitment to public service, a labor rights advocate, and a former lawyer for Planned Parenthood. She was nominated by President Biden to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and if confirmed, she would be the first out lesbian to sit on this court. She has dedicated her career to protecting civil and human rights, including reproductive, LGBTQ+, and workers’ rights.

With so many threats to our rights being heard in the federal courts, we need the U.S. Senate to swiftly confirm Nicole Berner.
