No matter who we are or where we live, we all deserve the freedom to make the best health care choices for ourselves and our families. By coming together as voters, we can ensure that WE decide if, when, and how to grow our families.
We Have the Power to Control Our Future
David Nelson (D)
State Senate, District 6
Nelson has committed to protecting Idahoans' right to safe and accessible health care, including essential reproductive care like abortion and birth control. He has been a critical voice in the state Senate, voting against abortion bans and restrictions.
Instead of partnering with extremists to put bounties on abortion providers, Nelson has been fighting for actual solutions to the problems that hurt Idahoans most.
Vote by November 8th to keep him in the Senate!
Dan Foreman (R)
Foreman supports charging abortion patients and providers with first-degree murder and opposes exceptions for rape and incest.
In 2018, he faced an ethics complaint after shouting at University of Idaho students and redirecting the student lobbyists to talk about “killing babies” with a Democratic colleague. The students were there as part of a scheduled meeting with Foreman to lobby for a bill that would require insurance companies to cover up to a 12-month supply of birth control and promote better sex education on college campuses. Since then, Foreman has made his position crystal clear, writing that his top issue is to abolish the “unnecessary, harmful and wasteful curse of abortion.”
