Kentuckians know how to take care of ourselves and our families. We don’t need politicians like Killian Timoney making our most personal decisions for us.

Vote NO on Killian Timoney in Kentucky's House District 45.

As a State Representative, Killian Timoney repeatedly voted to put politicians in the middle of Kentuckians’ personal health care decisions.

Instead of trusting us to make decisions for ourselves and our families, Timoney supported abortion bans and restrictions that took those decisions away from patients and their doctors.

  • Supported abortion bans that took decisions away from Kentucky families

  • Voted to change our Constitution to restrict our rights and independence

  • Voted to put politicians between patients and their doctors

  • Supported criminal penalties for doctors providing reproductive health care

The Record: Killian Timoney’s Votes

Timoney has repeatedly voted to put politicians in the middle of Kentuckians’ personal health care decisions.

Timoney voted four times for bills restricting abortion and reproductive health care.

  • 2022: Timoney voted for HB 3, a sweeping anti-abortion bill that imposed new restrictions on abortion care and medication abortion and established criminal penalties for certain violations

  • 2021: Timoney voted for SB 9, the so-called “born-alive” abortion bill; HB 2, which targeted abortion providers; and HB 91, the proposed constitutional amendment intended to establish that Kentucky’s Constitution does not protect a right to abortion.
