WASHINGTON, D.C. — Hoy, la senadora estatal Jennifer McClellan, candidata respaldada por Planned Parenthood Action Fund, ganó las elecciones especiales para el 4.° Distrito Congresional de Virginia, convirtiéndose en la primera mujer negra en representar a Virginia en el Congreso de los Estados Unidos.
