Courts are often our last line of defense.

The past two years have made clear that the Trump administration and his backers in Congress will stop at nothing to steal our reproductive rights. State courts have become an increasingly important check on their attacks on reproductive rights and care, as well as LGBTQ+ rights, voting rights, and other fundamental freedoms.

With the majority of Washington’s Supreme Court seats up for election, MAGA millionaire Brian Heywood and other right-wing extremists are taking an unprecedented opportunity to attack our freedoms from the court and are investing heavily in anti-abortion candidates.

But we won’t let that happen. Courts are often our last line of defense — we decide who protects our rights.

In 2026, we decide.

Washington state continues to lead the way in pushing bold, progressive policies — policies that are often protected by the state Supreme Court. The justices elected in 2026 could hear cases challenging abortion access and gender-affirming care, protections for LGBTQ+ Washingtonians, the Millionaire’s Tax, and more. Who we elect this November will determine whether these hard-fought laws and rights stay in place or whether the protections we rely on are on the chopping block.

Without a strong state Supreme Court, our rights are in danger. We have seen reproductive rights stripped away in states across the country. In 2026, we decide what’s best for our families, our bodies, our lives, and our futures. When we decide, we win.

Remember to vote by November 3!

Thank you for voting your whole ballot.
