Dancing Birth Control and Pink T-Shirts: Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio Surround Cleveland Landmarks
Today volunteers from Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio spread throughout the city of Cleveland, surrounding key landmarks, wearing pink shirts, chanting, holding signs, wearing a giant birth control costume, and protesting the repeated attacks against Planned Parenthood and reproductive health care.

Yesterday the Republican Party released their official platform. It attacked Planned Parenthood by name --- for the first time in history. It also, for the very first time in history, repeated the false and debunked claim, originally made by now-indicted anti-abortion extremists -- that Planned Parenthood "sells" fetal tissue for profit.

Today, while the Republican National Convention kicked off in Cleveland, a group of dedicated Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio volunteers took to the streets — marching in solidarity with other progressive activists and organizers in the End Poverty Now!
